Single ply 3/4 inch heavy harness leather neck strap with adjustable tie down strap with cincha snap; leather has been edged, hand-rubbed, oiled with Neatsfoot Oil and hand-rubbed again. A snap with a ring-end is attached to the center ring. Through the snap loop slides a tan 1/4 inch nylon cord with rein rings at each end. The sliding action allows the rider to pull the horse's head completely around while maintaining correct placement. Stainless steel buckles, rings and snaps. Safety hobble strap goes thru the gullet of the saddle and over the horn to prevent the neckstrap from sliding to the ears.
